Amin Maalouf will come and speak at the University of Geneva, UNI-BASTIONS on the theme:
“From East to West, what place does cultural dialogue have?”
he conference is organised by the European Centre for Culture, The School of Translation and Interpretation, the European Institute of the University of Geneva, in the Uni-Bastions hall (Room B106)

Grains of Peace supports this research into dialogue between cultures, especially between East and West. We encourage you to listen to Amin Maalouf, a French-speaking author whose books and essays are extremely significant on this theme of opening up to one and other. The conference will be introduced by François Jullien, with the theme “from translation to dialogue”.
