Organizational structure
Our association comprises active members that are organised into a Management Board and Work Committees. We also have Ambassador Members whose role is to talk about Grains of Peace and its concepts around them.
We have permanent Committees and Work groups. Members can also contribute informally.
Our sensitization and transmission work is organised around three pillars of communication:

Board
Our Board defines the strategies, programmes and projects, animates and supervises the Working Commissions, forms partnerships with NGOs and other structures, manages the organization locally and internationally, and builds it up by all other means.
Groupes de travail
Nous organisons des groupes de travail par projet et par événement comprenant des membres et bénévoles spécialistes de l'éducation, ou formés en psychologie, sociologie, médiation, médiation interculturelle, écoute active, CNV, relations internationales et plus.
